At The Globe Kitchen, food is local, ethical, and full of flavour. Our hundred-acre farm in the Welsh mountains sits at the heart of everything we make, from our lamb to so much more. We raise our animals slowly and naturally, with care for the land and respect for the environment.
Our commitment to local ingredients doesn’t stop at the farm gate. We work closely with growers, producers and small businesses across the surrounding areas, choosing ingredients that support our community, reduce food miles, and celebrate genuine craft and passion.

Over the years, our kitchen has grown far beyond burgers alone. Alongside our much-loved burgers, loaded fries, and flatbreads, we've expanded into private dining, event catering, and dishes inspired by produce from our farm in the Welsh mountains. We felt it was time for a name that better reflects the full range of experiences we now offer.
Introducing The Globe Kitchen – a new name that brings everything together under one roof while keeping all your favourites firmly on the menu. Whether you're joining us for a casual meal, celebrating a special occasion, enjoying a private dining experience, or attending one of our many events, The Globe Kitchen represents our passion for great food, local produce, creativity, and community.
